McMullin, Lawrence L. of Quincy, February 13, 2003. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Chase) McMullin. Father of George L. and his late wife Shirley A. McMullin of Hawley, Nancy M. McMullin of Marianna, Fl., Barbara E. Black & her husband C. Douglas of Melbourne, FL, Dorothy J. Chase & her husband Robert F. of Hull, Claire E. Zeiba & her husband George of Quincy and Alice C. Bickford & her husband Earl O. of Moultonboro, NH. Brother of F. Gerard McMullin of Ontario, Canada and the late Michael & Joseph McMullin. Devoted Grandfather of 21 Grandchildren , 31 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Granchildren. Grandfather of the late Jane L. Chase. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Monday at 10 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Boniface Church, Quincy at 11 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8 PM. Burial will be at a later date. Mr. McMullin was an advid camper. He was very active at the Adams Shore Community Center, winning an outstanding “Good Neighbor ” award. He ran many of the centers activites. Mr. McMullin love to travel and visit his family throughout the country. He was a member of the Corvair Club, which is an automobile club. Mr. McMullin volunteered his time to the Quincy Commission for the blind, by driving people who needed transportation.Mr. McMullin grew up in Weymouth and felt it was necessary to give back to the community he grew up in, even though ,he himself was in his eighties; he volunteered by driving the elderly to and from doctors appt, and other necessary errands for many years . For the past few years Mr. McMullin went to stay with his daughter Alice Bickford in Moultonboro, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. McMullin may be made to The Stevens Center, P.O. Box 2148, Wolfeboro, NH 03894.
