Kevin P. Mason

Kevin P. Mason of Brockton, formerly of Braintree, passed away unexpectedly on November 30, 2019 at the age of 59.

Kevin was an Army veteran and worked as a custom industrial engraver and laser etcher for Honorcraft in Stoughton for 36 years. He cherished his days playing softball in Braintree as a member of The Bandits. He was an avid sports fan, enjoying the Patriots, Bruins and Red Sox. Kevin also enjoyed playing the drums. Most of all, Kevin loved spending time with family and friends.

He was the cherished son of Virginia A. “Jenna” Mason of Abington and the late Donald C. Mason. Loving father of Sandra Billadeau, Kimberli Camara, Joshua Mason, and Matt Mason, all formerly of Avon. Beloved companion of Eileen O’Neil. Former husband of Cynthia Billings. Proud “Opa” to his grandchildren: Bianca, Brielle, Abel and Ruby. Brother of Donald C. Mason, Jr., Donna J. Sloan, both of Abington, and Beth Hoefer of Pembroke. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial at a later date.
