Brother of Carol McNulty and her husband Robert of Hanover and Francis J. McGinty and his wife Erlinda of North Quincy. Uncle of Brian McNulty of Chelmsford and Kevin McNulty of Quincy. Great Uncle of Erin & Sean McNulty both of Chelmsford. Dear companion of Michelle Pratte of Quincy.

Kevin was an attorney at Cogavin & Waystack in Boston for the past 31 years. He was a graduate of Boston College Class of 1969 and graduated from Suffolk Law in 1973. Kevin was a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, American Arbitration Association as well as Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. He was a member of the Weymouth Club and was an avid tennis player. Kevin enjoyed BC football and was a former season ticket holder. Before his legal career, he served in the National Guard from 1970 until 1976.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Wednesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 227 Sea Street, Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday evening 6-8 PM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
