Kenneth T. Ellis, Jr.

Kenneth T. Ellis, Jr., of Scituate, died peacefully in his sleep, on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the Care One at Redstone in East Longmeadow. He was 60.

Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Kenneth T. and Ruth L. (Parker) Ellis. Kenneth was a graduate of the Cotting School for children with special needs. After graduating, Kenneth was given a job at the Cotting School as an administrative assistant helping with daily tasks and errands for the office.

Kenneth was a happy person and loved to be helpful, be busy and work outside. Whether it be mowing the lawn, raking or shoveling snow, he always had a smile on his face.

Kenneth was the cherished brother of Charles W. Ellis of Connecticut, Robert Ellis of South Boston, David Ellis of Connecticut and the late Jeanne Ellis. He is also survived by his loving uncle, Charles “Curtis” C. Parker III and his wife Robin of Scituate and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Kenneth’s name to the memorial organization of one’s choice.
