Allen, Kenneth L. “Kenny” of Saugus, formerly of Hingham died June 14, 2015 leaving behind his beloved sweetheart Nancy Chatterton of Saugus. 
 
He was also the beloved father of Dennis Allen and his wife Stephanie of Marshfield, Leah Tschappat of Ft. Myers, Florida, Lauren Fritz and her husband Chris of Danvers, and Nicole Sekenski of Saugus.  Brother of Gayle Cronin of North Carolina and the late Stewart Allen.  Cherished grandfather of Christian, Gianna, Grady and Grayson. Kenny also leaves behind his best friend, Emily.
 
Kenny was born in Weymouth, raised and educated in Hingham.  He was a Hydraulic Specialist at Industrial Equipment Supply, a division of McGill Hose & Coupling, Inc., for ten years.  Kenny had an adventurous nature, always willing to try something new and take on a new challenge.  He enjoyed boating, the ocean, was an avid Boston sports fan, and most of all enjoyed spending time with and spoiling his family.  He will be truly missed by all.
 
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at 12 PM in St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church, Hingham. Cremation will follow.
