Patey, Kenneth A. of Quincy formerly of Weston after a brief illness. January 10, 2008. Beloved husband of Jacqueline L. (Wheaton) Patey of Quincy, Loving father of Kenneth A. and Alyxandrea M. Patey both of Quincy, son of Walter Patey of Weston and the late Helen D. Patey, brother of Patricia and Donna Patey both of Weston, Walter Patey of FL, and Barbara Patey of SC, Brother in law of Michelle Ciszewski of CT, Karen Yifru of CA, Brian Wheaton of Mexico, Michael Wheaton of CT. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Kenny was born in Waltham and grew up and was educated in Weston. He was a successful and proud owner of Kenny’s Landscaping Company in Weston. Kenny enjoyed watching the Red Sox and Bruins games, but nothing came close to the joy he got watching his children play hockey and his daughter Irish stepdancing. He loved the beach especially trips to Truro with his family. Restoring antique cars was a hobby Kenny really enjoyed. Most of all Kenny was a wonderful husband and father who truly loved his family. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 4- 8 PM. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Spaulding Hospital – Development Office 125 Nashua Street Boston, MA 02114
