Hall, Katie H. (Kontsas) of Weymouth, died January 23, 2018.

Beloved spouse of 30 years to George Carnes of Weymouth. Loving mother of Michael Eschuk and his wife Jennifer of Brockton, Tanya Blackmore and her husband John of Dorchester and Elena Eschuk of Weymouth. Devoted Yia -Yia to Samantha and  Amanda Eschuk, Brianna Blackmore, and  Ava and Lily. Whitcomb. Cherished daughter of the late Emmanuel and Anna Vasiliadis. Caring sister of John Kontsas, Theodora “Dori” Carellas, Elena Cesario, Stephen Vasiliadis, George Vasiliadis, Taso Vasiliadis and all their spouses. Dear friend of Gerald McLaughlin and Ronnie Marcella. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Katie was a longtime resident of Hull. Her family was the center of her life, especially the time she spent with her grandchildren. Katie enjoyed cooking, arts and crafts and walks on the beach. Katie and her family treasured time spent in New Hampshire. Katie will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 5:30-9 PM in the Nativity-Assumption of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 811 Jerusalem Road, Cohasset, MA 02025. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in Nativity-Assumption of the Virgin Mary, Cohasset. Burial in Cedar Grove, Cemetery, Dorchester.
