Bishop, Kathryn J. “Cappy” (Leahy) of Quincy, September 27, 2007. Beloved wife of Robert J. Bishop of Quincy. Loving mother of Barbara L. and her husband John Molla of VT, Jeanne M. and her husband Thomas Brow of Rowley and Elaine M. Malloy of Quincy. Sister of Edward Leahy of FL, Rita Lally of Dorchester and the late Joseph, Loretta, Albert, Robert, Margaret, John, William and Thomas Leahy. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Tuesday at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Monday 6-8 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery. Cappy was a longtime member of the Merrymount Association. She was a talented artist, specializing in oil painting, and belonged to the Quincy Art Association. Mrs. Bishop also enjoyed bowling and participated in many leagues. Kathryn was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving from 1943 to 1945. Donations in memory of Cappy may be made to the Sister’s of St. Joseph, 637 Cambridge Street, Brighton, MA 02135.
