Kathleen S. Lallis

Lallis, Kathleen S. “Kathy” (Ryan) of Weymouth, died October 31, 2017.

A longtime resident of Quincy, MA that originally grew up in Dorchester. Kathy adored her family, especially being “Grammy” to her grandchildren. She loved sports and taught her children how to catch when they were younger. Kathy enjoyed bingo, going to Foxwoods, playing fantasy football, arts and crafts, and rough housing with the grandchildren. She had a great sense of humor and imagination. She was everyone’s “go to” person if they ever needed anything, and was there for many of the births of family members. Kathy was strong, honest, nurturing, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Beloved wife of Richard Anthony Lallis Sr. of Quincy. Loving mother of Kristine Lallis of Weymouth, Richard Anthony Lallis Jr. and his wife Jessica of Abington, Anthony Lallis and his wife Julie of Abington. Survived by bother Thomas Ryan and wife Carol of Foxboro, best friend and sister in-law Karen Ryan of Weymouth. Her siblings also included the late Mary McCarthy, William Ryan, Peter Ryan, Joanne Lightbody, and Franky Ryan. Loving “Grammy” of Kristy McNamara, Kerryann McNamara, Tyler Lallis, Richard Anthony Lallis III, Madelyn Lallis, and Great Grandmother of Daniel Deal Jr. Also loved by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A funeral home service will be held Tuesday at 10 AM. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kathy may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, P.O. Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202.
