Kathleen L. Cobb

Kathleen L. (Duffney) Cobb,  age 87, a lifelong resident of South Weymouth, entered into eternal rest April 18, 2013.

Kathleen worked for Raytheon for many years. She and her husband wintered in Inverness, FL where she worked for the American Cancer Society. She enjoyed crocheting and belonged to a choral group in Florida.

Wife of the late Edward L. Cobb, Loving mother of Julie Maloney, Bruce Cobb, both of Weymouth and the late Alan Cobb. Cherished grandmother of David and Lisa Maloney and her great grandchildren Tyler Maloney and Christina Nichole Wallace and her great great granddaughter Mackenzie Muzzey. Mother in law of Sandy Cobb of Weymouth. Loving sister of Alice Weaver of Braintree, George Duffney of Weymouth, Robert Duffney of FL, MaryJane Heslin of Wallingford, CT, and Joseph Duffney of Weymouth. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte. 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Donations in memory of Kathleen may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
