Kathleen G. Mills

Mills, Kathleen G. (Looby) of Weymouth, died November 1, 2014.

She was a resident of Weymouth for close to 60 years. In Kathleen’s younger years she was a show girl at Lou Walter’s Boston Nightclub in the Latin quarter. She loved traveling, singing and dancing and belonged to The Curtain Call Theater in Braintree in the 1960’s. She was a former president of the Weymouth Women’s Club and longtime member of the Weymouth Newcomers Club. Kathleen had a passion for documenting family history in the endless photos and keepsakes she acquired throughout the years. 

Wife of the late Vincent S. Mills. She is survived by a son, daughter, 3 grandchildren and a great-grandson. She was the sister of the late Thomas Looby of Rockland and is survived by her sister Ellen Fitzgerald of Maine, Peter Looby of Dennis and Joseph Looby of Needham. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 3-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 10 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 11 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
