Dolphyn, Katherine M. “Kay” (Berg) of Hingham, formerly of South Boston, January 25, 2009. Loving mother of Karen & husband Craig Sherwin of Hanson, Richard Dolphyn & partner Cheryl Savignano of Berkley, Kevin P. Dolphyn & partner Steve Spector of Norwell, Stephen Dolphyn & wife Cheri of Plymouth, and Scott Dolphyn & fiancee Cindy Sullivan of Foxboro. Loving sister of Linda Murphy of Hingham, Edward Berg & wife Anne Marie of Braintree, and the late Robert J. Berg. Devoted “Nana” of Christopher Sherwin; Ryen, Megan, & Stefan Dolphyn; and Emily & Bailey Sullivan. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Kay worked as a stock transfer agent for Computer Share in Canton for 30 years, retiring in 2007. She devoted her life to her family and will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Life Celebration Service in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM, Friday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Burial in Gethsemane Cemetery, Boston.
