Rowles, Katherine E. “Kay” (Maloney) of Jupiter, FL formerly of Hingham, MA May 15, 2007. The beloved wife of Richard Rowles of FL. Loving mother of Adrienne Rowles of Jupiter, FL. Sister of Ellin Coughlin of Bourne and the late Mary Burmingham Downing, Patricia Lee and the late Terre Ralseton. Loving Aunt of Karen Maker of Cotuit. Kay is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Friday morning from 11 – 12:30 in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald Street, Hingham. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 1pm in Hingham Cemetery. Burial in Hingham Cemetery. Katherine E. Maloney grew up in Milton, Massachusetts. She married Richard Rowles and raised her family in Hingham, Massachusetts. Kay lived in Hingham for more than 40 years. While in Hingham, she was a longtime member of the Hingham Yacht Club and she enjoyed playing bridge with her friends. Kay and her husband Richard loved to travel to Europe. She was an avid reader and a big Red Sox, Bruins and New England Patriots fan. Kay loved flowers. Her family remembers how much she enjoyed anything Irish. She moved to Florida three years ago, and is now coming home to the place she truly enjoyed.
