Kate T. “Kitty” Campbell

Campbell, Kate T. “Kitty” (Hogarty) of Quincy, October 12, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Michael J. Campbell. Loving mother of Daniel Campbell of Rumson, NJ and Elizabeth Carroll of E. Weymouth. Devoted grandmother of Kathleen Campbell of New Haven, CT and Victoria Campbell of Rumson, NJ. She was born in Clarary, Ross Common, Ireland and raised in Ballinasloe, County Galway, Ireland. She emigrated to the U.S. in 1949 and lived in Charlestown before moving to Quincy, where she lived for over 50 years. In 1956 she became a United States Citizen. Mrs. Campbell enjoyed knitting, Irish dancing and flower gardening. She was a former member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Ladies Sodality.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Saturday at 9:45 AM. Funeral Mass in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM.
