Karl A. Chester

Karl Aaron Chester was born to Arthur Charles and Ionia Chester in Ferriday, Louisiana on January 5, 1955. He was the youngest of 11 children. Karl moved to Boston, Massachusetts along with family at age eleven. In his early 20’s Karl was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Although he was a big guy, Karl had a very sensitive heart and always felt deeply about the quality of life – and not just that of humans, but for plants and animals as well. His caring nature moved him to help you in any way he could, and boy how he made you laugh in the process!

Karl had many things he enjoyed, like taking daily walks, and doing various home repairs – fueled by a good home-cooked meal.

Karl is survived by a host of family and friends who will truly and deeply miss him.

Funeral service will be celebrated at 5:00 PM in Keohane Funeral Home. Cremation will follow. Services for Karl will be live-streamed.
