Julia R. “Julie”( Palmero) Curran

Julia R. (Palermo) Julie of Weymouth passed away on January 28, 2024 after a period of Declining Health. Julie was born in Boston’s North End and lived in Dorchester prior to moving to Weymouth in 1962. Julie was the Beloved Wife of 43 years to the Late James J. Curran.

She was the loving mother to her only Child James M. Curran of Weymouth. Devoted Nana to Nathan

Curran of Milford NH, Sean Curran of West Roxbury, Ma and Amanda Curran of Prattville, Al.

Caring Sister to her brother the late John Palermo and sister the late Angela Tresca.

Julie was Retired from Sears at The South Shore Plaza where she worked for 27 years retiring as the Switchboard Operator in 1999. Julie was very Active at The Weymouth Whipple Senior Center and the Weymouth TOPS Club.

Per Julia’s Request the Service and Burial was Private.
