Josephine T. (Carney) Stack

Stack, Josephine T. (Carney) of Stoughton, formerly of Hyde Park, died February 16, 2014.

Jo was an avid Boston Sports Fan, especially the Boston Red Sox. She enjoyed many winters in Marco Island over the years. She was a kind and lovely woman who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. 

Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Stack. Devoted mother of Bob Stack of New York and Mary Jo Donofrio and her husband Ralph of Weymouth. Loving sister of Gertrude Ryan of West Roxbury, William Carney of Melrose and the late Alicia Carney and Daniel W. Carney. Cherished “Nana” of Christina “Tina” Donofrio and Danielle “Belle” Donofrio. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
