Rieman, Josephine M. (Baino) of Chelmsford, formerly of Quincy, March 23, 2008. Beloved wife of 62 years to John T. Rieman of Chelmsford. Loving mother of John D. and his wife Loretta of FL, Karen R. Heger and her husband John F. of Chelmsford, Elizabeth A. O’Connor and her husband Gregory of Weymouth, Thomas H. and his wife Ellen of Weymouth and Edward W. of Rockland. Sister of Oreste V. Baino of Weymouth. Cherished grandmother of Rana Hobbs of VA, Emily and John C. Rieman of FL, Amy Jo Heger of PA, Marissa and Sarah O’Connor of Weymouth, Lindsey, Jessica and the late Conor T. Rieman, all of Weymouth. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Josephine was born in Boston on June 4, 1926, daughter of John and Josephine (Valle) Baino. She graduated from Girl’s High School in 1943 and received her real estate license from Lee Institute and attended Quincy Junior College. She was employed by the Quincy Police Department as a Quincy School Traffic Supervisor for 20 years, and served as their president for one term. In 1963 she moved to Wollaston, MA where she lived for 38 years, then moved to Chelmsford, MA in 1999. She was an active member of St. Ann’s Parish of Wollaston and belonged to the “Marianne’s” and bowled on the St. Ann’s Women’s Bowling Team. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Thursday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Donations in memory of Mrs. Rieman may be made to VNACare Network and Hospice, 120 Thomas St., Worcester, MA 01608-1280.
