Joseph Touma

Touma, Joseph of Quincy, died on April 23, 2010. He was 90. Beloved husband of the late Rita A. (O’Brien) Touma. Devoted father of Michael Touma and his wife Johnna of NY, Donna Reilly and her husband Tony of Quincy, Susan Touma and her significant other Bob Kneeland of Winthrop and Stephen Touma of Quincy. Loving brother of the late Frank and Albert Touma. Cherished Papa of Christopher, Jeffrey, Marissa, Brianna, Michelle, Melissa, Matthew and Great grandfather of Nicholas. Joseph has been a Quincy resident for over 50 years. He proudly served in the United States Army during WWII. He worked as a Sales Manager for Bond Sales Inc., for 38 years, retiring in 1975. After retiring he also worked part time for several other clothing outfits. He had a lust for life and cherished every moment spent with his family, especially during the holidays. He became an incredible cook, experimenting in all cultures of food. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Tuesday from 4-7:30 PM. A Funeral Home Service will follow at 7:30 PM. Burial will be on Wednesday in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 10:45 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joseph may be made to Hospice of the South Shore, 100 Baystate Drive, Braintree, MA 02184.
