Joseph Ricciardi

Ricciardi, Joseph, age 83 formerly of Quincy, passed away at his Weymouth home of 60 years on April 27, 2013 surrounded by his loving family.

He is survived by his son and daughter, Michael Joseph and Lisa Ann Ricciardi both of Weymouth, his grandchildren Jon Joseph Bessette, Joseph Michael Ricciardi, also of Weymouth and Kara Lynn (Ricciardi) and her husband Daniel Bayley of Framingham and great grandchildren, Gianna Grace Ricciardi of Weymouth and Tyler Joseph Bessette. He was one of 11 brothers and sisters. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed wood carving, gardening, and spending time with his family. He was a stone cutter and carpenter by trade in which he worked for many years. He was predeceased by his parents Constantino and Joanna Ricciardi, his loving wife of 52 years, Lorraine Irene Ricciardi (Bartz) and his beloved daughter Kim Irene Bessette (Ricciardi).

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off RT.3A-Bicknell Square). Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at 9 AM in Pilgrim Congregational Church, 24 Athens St., Weymouth. Burial in Old North Cemetery, Weymouth.
