Sullivan, Joseph P. of Dedham formerly of Brighton, December 1, 2003. Beloved husband of M. Phyllis (Healy) of Dedham. Loving father of Nancy Dunn, Beth Wakelin, Michael J., Kevin B., all of Quincy, Thomas S. of Pembroke and Joseph P., Jr. of Dedham. Also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Kfoury Keohane Funeral Home, 8 Spring St. (corner of Centre St.), WEST ROXBURY Friday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Susanna’s Church, Dedham at 10 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 7-9 and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. Joseph was an avid boater and fisherman. He spent many summers in the Hough’s Neck section of Quincy with his family. They enjoyed their boat “Nan-Bee” for many years and went water skiing and fishing off of it. Joseph and his family also enjoyed skiing in New Hampshire for day trips and weekend stays. He was the former owner of the Hofbrau Pub on Sea Street in Quincy from 1970 to 1986. Although he loved the business, the people he met in those years became like family to him.
