Puzinas, Joseph M. of Quincy suddenly on August 9, 2006. The Beloved Husband of 52 years of Martha B. (Markelionis) Puzinas . Loving father of James J. Puzinas and his wife Shelley (Brown) of Cohasset and Pamela Ann Milunovich and her husband Steven of New Canaan, CT. Brother of Ann Pladziewicz of Medford and the late Helen Crocker, Al Puzin, Peter & Edward Puzinas. Devoted Grandfather of Amanda, Austin and Alexis Milunovich of New Canaan, CT. Joseph is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4- 8 PM. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston. United States Navy Veteran. Joseph grew up in Cambridge, married Martha Markelionis and lived in South Boston before moving to Quincy. He worked for Drakes Bakery as a route / driver salesman for 32 years retiring back in 1985. He served in the United States Navy from 1948 until 1951. Joseph was a member of the Lithuanian Club in South Boston. He was an avid sports fan following the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Boston Bruins – his family remembers he was so activley involved in sports that he subscribed to the New York Post . Joseph was an avid reader and enjoyed all types of books. Most of all he was a loving and devoted husband for 52 years, a cherished father and very proud grandfather.
