Joseph J. Crifo, Jr.

Crifo, Joseph J. Jr. of Quincy, passed away suddenly, September 9, 2011. Beloved husband of Susan (Tenaglia) Crifo of Quincy. Loving father of Michael Crifo and Rachael Crifo both of Quincy. Devoted son of Dorothy (Boc) Crifo of Quincy and the late Joseph J. Crifo Sr. Cherished brother of Valerie Colbert of Quincy and Donna Mauney of North Carolina. Joe was raised and educated in Quincy. He was a Graduate of North Quincy High School class of 1980 and attended Wentworth Institute in Boston. Joe worked for the USPS as a letter carrier in Quincy for 25 years. Joe’s passion in life was truly his children and family who were the cornerstone of his life. He was an avid fisherman who loved the ocean, boating and sports. He always looked forward to getting together with his friends. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
