Bimmler, Joseph E. of Squantum, January 8, 2008. Beloved husband of Ginnie (Harrington) Bimmler of Squantum. Loving father of Paul and his wife Mariellen of Squantum, Mary Yacobian and her husband Ara of Sudbury, Joanne Dalabon and her husband Thomas of Sharon and Virginia Paluzzi and her husband Daniel of Braintree. Brother of William Bimmler of Weymouth. Beloved grandfather of Alyson, Jacqueline, Kristen, Joseph and Jason. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joe retired from the MBTA after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Carmen’s Union. Joe was also a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the Squantum American Legion Post. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2-6 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne Monday at 12:45 PM. Donations in memory of Joe may be made to the American Cancer Society, Central NE Region, 18 Tremont Street, Suite 700, Boston, MA 02108.
