Joseph D. DiModugno, 85, of Hull, MA, died January 16th, 2013.
Joseph was born and raised in Cambridge, MA and has lived in Hull with his wife, Franca, for the last 52 years. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was known for being a devoted family man and a dedicated sports fan, who loved to take care of his home and garden.
Beloved husband of 55 years to Franca (Masciave) DiModugno of Hull. Devoted father of Loretta Conlon and husband Richard of Hull, Frederic DiModugno and his wife Mimoza of Holbrook, Frank DiModugno and his wife Kim of Weymouth, and the late Joseph DiModugno. Loving brother of Angelina Criscione of Winchester. He was also a beloved grandfather to Christine, Molly, Cali, and Joseph.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off RT.3A-Bicknell Sq.) Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Hull at 10 AM. Burial in Hingham Cemetery, Hingham.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Joseph may be made to the Joseph DiModugno Memorial Fund, c/o Sovereign Bank, 523 Nantasket Avenue, Hull, MA 02045.
