Volpe, Joseph A. of Quincy June 24, 2006. Beloved husband of Ann (Bell) Volpe. Devoted father of Corinne Volpe and Lisa (Volpe) Lynch and her husband Peter all of Quincy. Son of the late Aquilino and Chiarina (Ventressca) Volpe. Cherished papa of Ryan Lynch. Loving nephew of Flora Ventressca of Somerville. Also survived by several cousins including Joseph Volpe of Revere. Dear friend of Peter Ventressca of Carlisle and Jack Colligan of Quincy. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Thursday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, No. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Mr. Volpe lived in South America for 3 years before coming to the U.S. in 1956. He lived in the North End of Boston prior to moving to Quincy in 1967. Mr. Volpe was a member of the Gizio Club in the North End. He loved vacationing in New Hampshire, doing work in his yard but most of all spending time with his grandson.
