John Pesiridis

Pesiridis, John of Quincy, died February 24, 2018.

John was a longtime resident of Quincy. He adored his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He worked as a cobbler for many years and was a very social man. He made lifelong friends everywhere he went. John was well respected and had a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Beloved husband of Violetta Pesiridis of Weymouth. Cherished father of Love Kouvlis of Weymouth, Effie Papaconstantinou and her husband Nick of Quincy, Sandy Emmanouilidis of Quincy, and Maria Papathanasiou of Weymouth. Also adored by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 5-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A celebration of life will be held at 9 AM on Tuesday in the funeral home followed by the Funeral service at 10 AM in St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, Braintree. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Donations in memory of John may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
