Mullin,John, 49, of Pembroke, formerly of Hingham,July 31,2009 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Pamela (Ivy) Mullin of Pembroke. Loving father of Katie, Kelly and Kerri-Ann Mullin, all of Pembroke. Son of the late Patrick J. and Theresa M. (Martinot) Mullin. Devoted brother of Maureen Runge of Plymouth,Michael Mullin of Cohasset, MacDara Mullin of Hingham and the late Patrick Mullin, Jr. Uncle of several nieces and nephews. John is also survived by many friends and the dedicated staff at the Lowell Health Care. John was raised in Hingham and attended St. Paul’s School and was a 1978 graduate of Hingham High School. In 1983 John met his future wife, best friend and the mother of his children, Pamela Ivy. They settled in Pembroke where John continued his passion for cooking at several different kitchens. He became owner and operator of Hosea’s Restaurant in Pembroke with his father, where his customers became good friends because of his contagious personality. After leaving Hosea’s in 1998, John fully dedicated himself to raising and loving his 3 beautiful daughters Katie, Kelly, and Kerri-Ann. John was an avid Red Sox fan. John will be greatly missed and his legacy will forever live on in all of our hearts. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Life Celebration Service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:15 AM followed by the Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10 AM. Burial in Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham. Donations in memory of John may be made to Lowell Health Care Resident Activity Fund, 19 Varnum St., Lowell, MA 01850.
