John M. Lally

Mr. John M. Lally of Weymouth, died June 24, 2015.

Born in Galway, Ireland, John worked for 40 years for the Boston Gas Company as an electrician. He was always very active in the catholic church and was a former Eucharistic minister. John enjoyed golfing, traveling, and loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Beloved husband of 61 years to Josephine L. (Fitzpatrick). Loving father of John Lally, Jr and his wife, Darlene, of Florence, MA, Dr. Mary Delaney and her husband, Steven, of Weymouth, Anne Brav and her husband, Gary, of Weymouth, and Terence Lally of Baltimore, MD. Brother of Delia Dolly and Una Donnellan of Braintree and Galway, Ireland. Papa to Collin, Evan, Sarah, Daniel, and Joseph. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-5 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Albert the Great Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow in in Holy Family Cemetery, Rockland.
