John “Jack” Bresnahan

John  “Jack” Bresnahan of Weymouth, passed away surrounded by his loving family on December 7, 2020, he was 79.

Jack was a Boston Police Officer for over 30 years at District 4.  He served on the Board of Directors at Weymouthport, where he had many friends.  He enjoyed visiting his twin sister, Julie, in Arizona, where he loved sitting in the sun. His true joy was being an amazing “Gramps” to his beautiful grandchildren, who will cherish and hold dearly all of the fun times they shared with him. Jack will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Beloved husband of the late Patricia K. (Blaney) Bresnahan.

Loving father of John J. Bresnahan and his wife, Tami, of Longmeadow, Debra J. Keenan and her long time companion, Michael Brandolini, of Weymouth, and Linda M. Doucette and her husband, Mark, of Braintree. Twin brother of Julie Bresnahan of Periora, AZ and the late Maurice Bresnahan. Proud and cherished Gramps to Jack, Christopher, David, Daniel, Stephany, Samantha, and Shaunacy.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-7 PM, McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square) followed by his Funeral service at 7 PM.
