John H. Noonan

John H. Noonan of Hingham, died peacefully on March 12, 2022. He was 80 years old.

Beloved husband of Barbara A. (Ayres) Noonan. Loving father of Jeff Noonan and his wife, Robin, of Braintree, and the late Heather Noonan. Son of the late Loretta and Howard Noonan. Brother of Kathleen Scalley of Manhattan, NY and the late James Noonan. Grandfather of Jack and Mark Noonan.

John was born on April 27, 1941, in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Brooklyn Prep High School in 1958. He went on to attend St. John’s University, where he earned a degree in Accounting in 1962, and subsequently graduated from St. John’s Law School in 1967.

John married his wife Barbara in 1965. They welcomed Jeff in 1970 and Heather in 1977. John was an avid golfer and tennis player, and shared his love for music with his children.

Funeral services and burial will be private.
