John G. Wigmanich

Wigmanich, John G. of Hingham, died on Sunday, November 08, 2009, at the age of 98. Devoted husband of the late Anna Wigmanich, who was one of the first school crossing-guards in Hingham. John graduated from English High in Boston at 16, class of 1928, and worked for much of his life at TRW Automotive Services in Cambridge. John is survived by his devoted children: son John Jr. of Agoura Hills, Ca, son William of Scituate, daughters Judy McAuliff and Jean Odland of Simi Valley Ca. Also survived by grandchildren Lexanne Bridges, John Wigmanich the 3rd, Christine Robles, Tracey Lonson, Morgan Wigmanich, Melanie Wigmanich, Holly Gonzalez, Christa Gonzalez, and Alex Racine. Also survived by great-grandchildren Niko Robles, Kylie Robles and Emma Lonson. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Thursday from 7 – 9 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15AM on Friday, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church at 10 AM. Burial in Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.
