Myatt, John F. of W. Melbourne, FL, formerly of Milton, MA, NH and ME, November 3, 2003. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Plant), loving father of John F. Jr. and his wife Joan Myatt of Hingham, James Myatt of Weymouth, Maureen and her husband David Jones of Melbourne, FL and Margaret and her husband Ron Higgins of Indialantic, FL. Brother of the late Rita, Joseph and Clarence Myatt, Alice Goselin and Charlotte Murphy. Grandfather of Julie and Brian James, Cherie Brazis, Danielle Obernesser, Ron, Michelle and Jon Higgins, Steven, Jason and Sarah Myatt, Julie Nugent and Jimmy Quatromoni. Great grandfather of Amanda Avalos and Fenia Benet-Higgins. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint John’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-7 PM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. John was a manager and buyer for Lincoln Stores, King’s Dept. Stores and J. M. Fields for over 30 years. He retired from Codman and Shurtleff, Division of Johnson & Johnson. He retired to Northeast Pond in Lebanon, ME where he resided for over 20 years. He was an active participant in the Rochester, NH Meals on Wheels program. Donations in memory of Mr. Myatt may be made to a charity of choice.
