McLaughlin of Braintree . Former Husband of Barbara J. (Goode) McLaughlin of Squantum. Devoted Grandfather of Jessica, Cassie, Paul, Michael and Ava. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM . Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. W.W.II United States Marine Corps Veteran. Mr. McLaughlin was born in Boston and grew up in Dorchester. He graduated from Boston Technical High School and then graduated from Bentley College. He served in the United States Marine Corps during W.W.II Mr. McLaughlin was the owner and insurance agent at McLaughlin Insurance Agency in Norwood before selling his business to his daughter. Mr. McLaughlin also had his real estate license. He enjoyed boating and loved the ocean. His family also remembers how he loved dogs.
