John F. Fitzgerald

Fitzgerald, John F. “Jackie” of Braintree, formerly of Quincy & Dorchester, died suddenly August 23, 2009. Loving father of John R. Fitzgerald & wife Alison of CA. Grandfather of Connor & Brendan Fitzgerald. Brother of Joan Onorato of Sherborn, Claire Adams of Braintree, Mary Onorato of Sherborn, Arlene Fitzgerald, Carol Fitzgerald, Thomas Fitzgerald, all of Braintree, and the late Barbara McKeon, Kevin Fitzgerald, and Sonny Fitzgerald. Jackie worked as a security guard for the last 16 years at Fisher College in Boston. He was an avid Red Sox fan. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:10 AM on Friday, prior to the Funeral Mass in Saint Thomas More Church, Braintree at 10:30 AM. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston. Donations in memory of Jackie may be made to the American Heart Assn., 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
