Kasianowicz, John E. of Quincy, May 5, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Antoinette (Cardella). Loving father of Donna and her husband Mark Jellison of Quincy, Joanne and her husband Jerry Winkler of Stoughton and John Kasianowicz and his wife Rachel of Darnestown, MD. Brother of Ellie Ward of S. Boston, Fred Kasianowicz of Pembroke and the late Edmund, Michael, Tadjo, and Henry Kasianowicz. Cherished grandfather of Linda, Kerry, Katie, Amy, Shonna, John and step grandfather to Richard and Daniel. Great grandfather to Gavin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass in St. John’s Church, Quincy at 11:30 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. John’s entire family was paramount in his life. His many friends enjoyed being with him and talking about a wide variety of subjects. John was a decorated Navy machinist in WWII. He enjoyed boating, fishing, the Red Sox, and reading about history. He was passionate about his flower and vegetable gardens. John was a “jack-of-all-trades” who could fix anything for family and friends. He put other peoples’ needs ahead of his own, was generous, kind, and had a loving nature. John was a genuine nice guy who will be deeply missed.
