John D. “Jack” Feeney

Feeney, John D. “Jack” of Weymouth, passed away surrounded by his loving family on June 16, 2023. He was 93. Born in Boston in 1930, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary (Levangie) Feeney. Loving husband to the late Claire L. (MacKay) Feeney. Cherished father to Doreen Feeney of Weymouth, John D. Feeney Jr. of Taunton, Thomas Feeney and his wife Michele of Taunton, and Brian Feeney and his wife Joyce of CT. Brother of the late Barbara Feeney McQuade and the late Thomas Feeney. Grandpa to Michael, Zachary, Jessica, and Mark.

Jack loved spending time with friends and family, especially with his grandchildren. He loved to travel with Claire, especially cruises and winter vacations in Florida. His hobbies and interests included golfing, bowling. cribbage, Bingo, and all things Irish. His favorite sports teams were the Patriots and the Red Sox. Jack was a life-time member of the Elks in Weymouth. He retired from Food Enterprises in the 90s. Jack will always be remembered for his joking nature and his ability to make friends.
