Butler, Lt. Detective John D., Mass. State Police, Attorney General’s Division, of Quincy, March 22, 2003. Beloved husband of 51 years of Esther M. (Carter) Butler. Son of the late Patrick A. and Catherine A. (Burke) Butler. Loving brother of Alice A. Comiskey of Swansea, and the late James P., Harold N., Francis J., and Joseph P. Butler, Mary Butler Oliver and Helen E. Tercera. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Chapel, North Quincy on Monday at 11:00 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
