John Clasby

Clasby, John of Hull November 11, 2008 after a courageous battle following a fire in June 1999. The beloved son of Janet (Bostwick) Clasby and the late John Clasby of Hull. Devoted father of Jamie, Sean and Daniel Clasby all of Hull. Cherished brother of Michelle Brennan of Hull and the late Daniel Clasby. Loving Uncle of Colby Clasby and Tyler Brennan all of Hull. John is a long time resident of Hull. He served on the Hull Fire Department for 12 years. Before the 1999 fire, John enjoyed sports, especially softball and hockey. He also enjoyed race car driving and boating. John was very proud of his career as a Hull Firefighter, he took great pride in wearing the uniform. John was devoted father who cherished his children. He was a generous man who enjoyed being around people. John will be sadly missed by all those who knew him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Life Celebration Service in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St., Hingham, Monday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Parish in St. Ann Church, Hull at 10 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2- 6 PM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull. Member of Hull Permanent Fire Fighter Association, Local # 1657 International Association of Firefighters
