John C. Molignano

John C. Molignano, 85, of E. Weymouth, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2015, after a brief illness.

He was the beloved husband of Alice (Murphy) Molignano and the loving father of John C. Jr. of Weymouth, Howard and his fiancée Jeanne Manning of East Providence, Alison and her husband Joseph Bean of Weymouth, Tracy Molignano Ramsey of Salem, James and his wife Kristen Rundle of Weymouth, and Wendy Molignano of Weymouth. John was predeceased by his daughter Marybeth. He was the cherished Grampa to Jennifer Keefe  and her husband Mark, Jody O’Brien, John Molignano III, Erika Molignano, David, Matthew and Molly Bean, Dayna and Derek Ramsey, Alexandra and Billy Flynn, and Katie and Matt Hintz. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and his two half brothers George and Frank Molignano.

John proudly served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Korean conflict. He was a member of the Weymouth Elks. John enjoyed cooking, especially Italian dishes. He also loved walking Webb Park in Weymouth with his wife. 

At the request of the family, services will be private.
