McCarthy, Joe, of Lewiston, ME, formerly of North Quincy, passed away February 23, 2012. Loving father of Ashley McCarthy and Justin McCarthy of Lewiston, ME and Kathryn Robichaud of Baltimore, MD. Beloved son of Walter and Carolyn McCarthy of Ft. Pierce, FL. Brother of Kelly McCarthy-Prada and her husband Robert Prada, of St. Augustine, FL, Stephen McCarthy and his wife, Beatrice, of Madrid, Spain, Peter McCarthy and his wife, Colleen, of Arlington, MA, Kathleen McCarthy and her husband, Matthew Sanchez of Norwalk, CT, and Dennis McCarthy and his wife, Jodi-Marie of Saco, ME. Former husband of Danielle Epstein of Barrington, NH. Friend of Cami Marshall of Lewiston, ME. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joe was born on September 25, 1961 and was a graduate of Quincy Vocational High School. He worked at a variety of restaurants in the Boston and Lewiston area Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday, February 27, from 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday, February 28, prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM. Burial will be private. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date in Joe’s memory in Lewiston, ME.
