Joanne M. (Cogliano) Allen

Allen, Joanne M. (Cogliano) of Hull, formerly of Dorchester, passed away surrounded by her loving family on October 15, 2023. She was 88.

Born in 1934, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Evelyn Cogliano.

Joanne was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family. She was a wonderful and generous caregiver to many during her life. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Cherished wife to the late Thomas H. Allen. Loving mother to Thomas Allen and his wife Helen of Naples, FL, Katherine Clancy of Quincy, MA, Mark Allen and his wife Glenda of Chickamauga, GA, and Shawn Allen and his wife Patricia of Pembroke, Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday, October 26 from 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. Burial in private.
