Joan V. Brown

Brown, Joan V. (Burgess) of Quincy, unexpectedly passed away March 24, 2015.

Beloved wife of the late James K. Brown. Daughter of the late Donald Burgess and the late Ava Marie (Mulwitz) Burgess-Chiodi.  Dear sister of Donna M. Noyes and her husband Rick of NC, Charles Burgess of Quincy and Todd Burgess of Braintree. Best friend forever of Jeanne Routt.  Dear sister-in-law of Linda and Jerry Ford of Weymouth. Loving friend of Karen Savalio and Anne Gargiuilo both of Quincy.  Joan is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and especially her cats, Einstein, Gracie and Smudge. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Saturday 9-11AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).  Funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 11AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main St. (Rt. 18 opp. South Shore Hospital), Weymouth. Burial will follow in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
