Joan Trikolidis

Trikolidis, Joan (Smith) of Weymouth, died suddenly on December 2, 2014.

Joan was born, raised, and educated in Framingham then moved to Weymouth with her family a few years after her father founded Ricky Smith Pontiac in 1959. Joan married Christos Trikolidis and settled in Weymouth to raise their family. Joan worked for New England Telephone for 14 years. She was always excited for holidays or any chance to see her family especially her grandchildren. Joan enjoyed the beach and cooking but will always be remembered for being an amazing mother and grandmother.

Joan is survived by her husband Christos Trikolidis of Arlington, MA. Loving mother to Erick Smith and his wife Susan of Weymouth and Sabrina Magiannis and her husband Kosmos of Arlington. Devoted sister to Richard V. Smith of Kingston, Rebecca Baker of Palm Beach, FL, Kathryn Weidner of Wilton, CT, and Pauline Smith of Weymouth. Also survived by her 5 grandchildren Lydia, Jake, Dimitri, Cole, and Alex.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the Granite Links Golf Club Ross Ballroom located at 100 Quarry Hill Dr. Quincy, MA 02169 on Sunday December 14th for a memorial service in honor of Joan. The service will begin promptly at 11 AM.
