Hurney, Joan A. of Quincy, formerly of Dorchester, May 24, 2004. Daughter of the late John D. and Mary Hurney. Loving sister of Sr. Mary E. Hurney, S.C.H., and the late Sabina Halloran & William Hurney. Aunt of William Hurney of CA, John Hurney and Thomas Hurney, both of Weymouth. Great aunt of Alison & Emily Hurney, both of Bridgewater. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the NORTH QUINCY Keohane Funeral Home, 333 Hancock St., NORTH QUINCY Friday at 8:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 9 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in Saint Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.Joan was a member of Edison Employees Club and served as an Official with Boston Edison Local #387.
