Jerry Milton Hartman, of Hull, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 3. He was 78.
He was born in Tacoma, Washington to Frieda Pauline (Chamberland) and Frank John Hartman.
After graduating high school, Jerry enlisted in the Navy and served for 20 years as a Signalman. He then went to work at Gillette on the line and was promoted to a security position.
Jerry was the beloved husband of Gail (Barry) Hartman of Hull. Devoted father of Jerry M. Hartman and his wife Susanna, Denise Wusk and her husband Rodney, and Marian Wenning. Loving brother to Joanne Hartman of Standish, MI. Grandfather to Brandon, Natasha, Destiney, Brittany, Alex, Amanda, Marissa and Shawn. Great grandfather of 5. He is also survived by his best buddy Bridget Tierney and dear friend Glenda Alger.
He is predeceased by his daughters, Kimberley Bentley and Joan P. Hartman, and his siblings Glenn, Paul, Donald, Kenneth, Darold, Mary, and Harold.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the graveside service at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne which will be held at a later date.
