Jennie R. Zaborski

Zaborski, Jennie R. (Sereduk) of Weymouth, died December 6, 2021 at the amazing age of 107. 

Jennie was born in Quincy and grew up on a farm in Paxton and in Charlton.  While growing up on a farm, Jennie learned how to care for animals, drive machinery and educate herself.  She was a talented musician, playing the accordion, mandolin and violin.  Jennie had a passion for animals, especially cats. She was a devout Catholic and when unable to attend Mass daily, she watched it on television and read the magazine subscriptions.  Jennie will be remembered for her caring, generous and stubborn personality.  Jennie will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. 

Beloved wife of 38 years to the late Walter Zaborski.  Loving mother of Teddy Zaborski and his late wife RoseMarie of Attleboro, the late Rosemary Mathews and her late husband Arthur and the late Walter Zaborski.  Cherished mother in law of May Zaborski of South Weymouth.  Devoted grandmother of 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Caring sister of the late Leda Butler.  Also survived by many extended family and dear friends. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday 9-11 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral service will be celebrated on Monday at 11 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jennie may be made to a Catholic Charity of your choice.
