Jeffrey T. Maher

Jeffrey T. Maher, a lifelong resident of Braintree, died suddenly April 30, 2015 at the age of 44.

Jeff worked as a union pipefitter for Pipefitters Local #537. He enjoyed Boston sports and spending time with family and friends. He will be deeply missed.

Son of the late Ann C. (Haggerty) and Thomas J. Maher. Loving brother of James Maher and wife Chris of Hull, John Maher and wife Jennifer of Braintree, and Joseph Maher and wife Deborah of Braintree. Devoted uncle of Anne, Rachel, Tommy, and Ryan Maher. Jeff was also survived by his dear aunt Donna Naughton and husband Jon of Hull, as well as many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Thomas More Church, Braintree at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers,  donations in memory of Jeff may be made to Fenway Health, Development, Ansin Bldg., 1340 Boylston St., Boston, MA 02215.
