DeLuca, Jeane E. currently of N. Falmouth and Fort Lauderdale, formerly of East Weymouth, died unexpectedly October 25, 2021 at the age of 90. 

Jeane was born and raised in North Weymouth to the late Pasquale and Josephine Colarusso and her 10 siblings of whom have all predeceased her.

In her earlier years, Jeane worked as a secretary for the Army until she became a stay at home mother to raise her 6 children.  Jeane’s family was her largest passion in life, she was a true nurturer and was always there when you needed her.  Jeane enjoyed gardening, reading, walking and traveling.  She was an avid volunteer for the Wang Center and Cahoon Museum, and a longtime member of the Pocasset Golf Club.  Jeane had many life long friendships and would cherish her gatherings with the “The Club”, a group of high school friends.  Jeane will be remembered for her kind, loving and nurturing personality.  She will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.  

Beloved high school sweetheart and wife of 68 Years to V. Edward DeLuca.  Loving mother of Edward DeLuca of Plymouth, David DeLuca and his wife Maureen of Marshfield, Richard DeLuca and his wife Susie of Hanover, Paul DeLuca and his wife Suzanne of Pocasset, Patty Burke and her husband Patrick of Woods Hole and Peter DeLuca of North Weymouth.  Devoted Grammy of Matthew, Paige, Mark, Brooke, Sam, Jay, Rico, Roxanne, Chad, Justin, Kathryn, Maria, Elizabeth, Kyle, Danny and Nate.  Step Grammy of Matthew and Alex Chin.  Adored Great Grammy of 9. Cherished sister in law of Angela Corbo.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.   

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street). Funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30 AM in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth. Burial service will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jeane may be made to Weymouth Rotary Club I/C of Weymouth Rotary Club, Inc, PO Box 52, South Weymouth, MA 02190.
