Jean M. (Morrill) Babcock

Babcock, Jean M. (Morrill) of Hingham, formerly of Weymouth passed away January 2, 2014.

Beloved wife of the late Arthur Babcock. Loving mother of Brenda Evans and her husband Thomas of Norwell, Stephen A. Babcock of South Carolina and Edward  Babcock of Texas. Dear sister of Edward Morrill of Denver, Co. Cherished grandmother of Brian Babcock and his wife Susie Schuetz of Idaho, Christopher Evans and his wife Jaclyn of Plymouth and Scott Evans of North Carolina. Loving great-grandmother of Cade and Jackson.  Loving companion of Henry Pires of Braintree.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Jean loved golfing, ballroom dancing as well as square dancing.  She was a Patriots fan and loved to travel.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 9-10 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, 3 Charles Street, East Weymouth prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial will be private.
